Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your kit. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and with any tags or seals intact.
Hygiene exclusions
For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are faulty:
- Toothbrush cases that have been unsealed.
- Blank label and tag sheets where the backing has been removed.
- Any item that shows signs of use, washing or damage caused after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
How to start a return
- Email support@kinrossph.shop with your order reference and the items you want to return.
- We reply with a return address and simple instructions, usually within one business day.
- Pack the items securely and send them back within 14 days of approval.
Return shipping costs
If the return is because an item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, we cover the return postage. For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Refunds cover the price of the returned items. Original shipping is refunded only when the whole order is faulty or sent in error.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped we will cancel and refund it in full. If it has already shipped, treat it as a standard return once it arrives.
